Jarvis Develop OS is the AI assistant provided by Develop Coaching Pty Ltd to members of our coaching programme. Each member gets their own private assistant that handles the admin work that eats into a builder’s week, so they can spend more time running the business and less time buried in the inbox.
What Jarvis does
Jarvis works with the tools you already use. Once you connect an account, you can simply ask Jarvis to get things done in plain English.
- Email: summarise what has come in, draft replies for your approval, and keep your inbox organised.
- Calendar: check your availability, book meetings, and keep your schedule tidy.
- Documents and spreadsheets: create, read, and update the files you work with, such as quotes, schedules, and job trackers.
- Contacts: address messages and invitations to the right people.
Connecting your accounts
Connecting an account to Jarvis is entirely optional, and Jarvis asks your permission before it can access anything. When you connect a Google Account, Google shows you exactly which permissions are being requested, and you choose whether to approve them.
Jarvis only uses that access to carry out tasks you have asked for. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Each member’s assistant runs in its own separate environment, so your information is not visible to other members. You can disconnect an account at any time from your Jarvis dashboard.
